academic overview
High School
For students in grades ninth through twelfth, the High School offers a curriculum which is college preparatory in nature and challenging in style. A broad program of electives allows students to begin exploration of areas in which they have interest while extracurricular offerings help develop abilities and interests in such areas as journalism, help desk support, computer science, web design, the arts, service and leadership.
Middle School
The Middle School provides a transitional period for the academic and social growth of students in grades sixth through eighth. By coordinating the Middle School curriculum with both the elementary and secondary grades, the Middle School incorporates work at the academic, college preparatory, and honors levels. Courses include English, mathematics, science, social studies, foreign language, computer science, study skills, life skills, physical education, and the performing and visual arts. Assemblies, field trips, and student organization offerings work together to enhance the overall academic experience.

Professional development
The Professional Development program works with high school students as they create post-secondary plans, set them on the right track to develop professionally, provide the soft skills to prepare them to obtain entry-level opportunities or higher in the career track of their choice, and overall make them stronger and more savvy young adults. The program incorporates post-secondary education planning, and internship or entry-level employment opportunities.
summer youth leadership academy
For many of the students’ working parents, we provide much needed support especially during the summer.
The Summer Youth Leadership Academy serves as an opportunity for students to reflect on their experiences during the past school year and move through a rite of passage as they successfully enter their next school grade level.
